His Vision - Instigating Talent Acquisition Excellence
Mike aligns and optimize organization's talent acquisition processes with their overarching business objectives. This includes conducting recruitment, candidate experience and employment brand audits, implementing programs, processes, systems, tools and teams in order to attract, screen, recruit, select, and onboard engaged employees.
Prior to founding Hire inSite he managed the implementation Project Management Office (PMO) for Futurestep Recruitment Process Outsourcing, instigated and led the Government Solutions division of Adecco Recruitment Process Outsourcing, and created Ceridian’s Talent Acquisition Practice, ultimately leading Ceridian’s Recruitment Services and Technology Solutions globally.
Some key accomplishments include the creation and implementation of the first stand-alone full services Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement in Canada, as well as the first US Intelligence community federal contractor RPO engagement. He also re-engineered and implemented the recruiting processes for many large and diverse organizations across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Mike has over 20-years of diverse experience in the areas of talent strategy at all levels, recruitment leadership management, and recruitment operations (process, technology, budget planning/management, external vendor relations, measurement, execution). Other functional skills would be employment branding, recruitment process outsourcing, college relations, and contingency resourcing.
In addition to his professional work, He also volunteers with his local Minor Hockey Association and the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
